Having completed my ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, I’m excited to offer my services to corporate clients and to athletes.

Corporate

The world of business can be a highly pressurised environment, much like the world of sport, particularly my sport of diving, where a small mistake can have a big impact. But there are simple strategies based on my performance principles which can help you not only to better manage this pressure, but to thrive under it as well.

Athlete

With over a decade of experience in international sport, believe me, I have seen it all. I understand what it takes to be a high-performance athlete, and I understand the scary thought of “what next?” when approaching journey’s end. Whilst I can’t go back and give advice and guidance to my past self, I can be there for those who need it.

  • The program and content will be individualised to suit your personal and professional needs, with an objective to improve self-awareness, self-efficacy, professional performance and overall wellbeing. Each session will be 60 minutes in duration, either virtually or face-to-face.

    Two versions are available: five sessions to be completed over a two month period, or; nine sessions to be completed over a four month period. Get in touch for prices.

  • To function successfully as a team, chemistry and cooperation are imperative. Therefore, a team coaching program will allow members to gain a deeper understanding of their teammates and, in turn, to learn how to work collaboratively more effectively.

    This program will be delivered during seven sessions of 60 minutes in duration, over a period of 4 months. Get in touch for prices.

  • Available to elite-level athletes who: have a desire to unlock their performance potential; are considering the next steps in their sporting career, or; are starting to think about retirement and the post-career transition.

    This program will be delivered in either: five sessions to be completed over a two month period, or; nine sessions to be completed over a four month period. Get in touch for prices.

  • Whether it is advice that you seek, you have specific questions to ask, or just want a general chat with someone who has been there done that and got the t-shirt, athletes who have signed up to the mentoring program can book into an available 30-minute time slot, and have access to my sporting experiences for just £15 per session.

After booking, an invoice will be emailed and must be paid before the session takes place.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of a booked session in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
