These are questions I’ve asked myself on a frequent basis over the past decade as I took on the challenge of becoming a World-Class diver.

During my quest towards perfection in the pool, I’ve been through it all, the highs and the lows, the wins and the losses. Invaluable lessons which I learned the hard way. But 10 years after first pulling on my Jamaican tracksuit, I’m still smiling and embracing the challenge.

I love talking to people, hearing their stories, sharing experiences.
