At Bedrock Sports Initiative, our vision extends beyond the boards. As we expand diving within Jamaica, we are committed to building a sustainable ecosystem. One driven by passionate, skilled, and forward-thinking young professionals.

This Voluntary Internship Programme is an exclusive opportunity offered solely to students attending the September 10th presentation by Yona Knight-Wisdom at the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech).

Operating under the direct guidance and mentorship of the Aquatic Sports Association of Jamaica’s Diving Committee, this initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world execution in sports management, sports coaching, and sports media.

We do not offer generic helper roles or routine coffee runs. As an Intern at Bedrock Sports Initiative, you will be embedded directly into our operations, gaining authentic, hands-on experience that will accelerate your career.

While each role is voluntary, we will ensure there is a tangible value exchange as a result of the time you spend with us, which will include: regular 1:1 feedback sessions with Yona Knight-Wisdom, direct mentorship from other diving committee members (see below), coaching certifications (through PanAm Aquatics), portfolio creation, creative freedom to experiment, and formal letters of recommendation.
